The authorizer, for the sake of this agreement is limited to any individual whose likeness is portrayed in these images, or any individual appointed to make authorization pertaining to these images by any individual whose likeness is portrayed in these images. Additionally any art portrayed in these images must be owned or created by the authorizer and he or she has full legal right to share these images. All of the personal or business information provided by the authorizer including but not limited to name, address, phone number, website, or links to social media are controlled by or the property of the authorizer.
By creating an account (or by checking the box marked 'I Agree') I certify that I am the authorizer as described in this document and hereby agree to the following terms of service.
This agreement entitles BusterBooth Photos (The Buster Booth Company) to use your photographs or personal and business information in printed media, online materials, advertising, and other published forms listed in this document.
Partners of The Buster Booth Company as of the year 2016 include Athens Public Access, Ben's Bikes,LLC, and The Athens Area Arts Council.
I, the authorizer, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize BusterBooth Photos (The Buster Booth Company) to use photographs of me and/or my property as well as the personal and business information in my profile, and authorize him/(her/their and his/her/their assignees), licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form in CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by BusterBooth Photos (The Buster Booth Company) and partners.
I (again, the authorizer) further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images and personal and business information, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
